Kieran Baker
Co-Executive Producer, Fortnight ProductionsKieran Baker is an Emmy Award winning producer and writer, whose productions have featured on PBS, Al Jazeera English and MTV.
In his television work, Kieran has taken on challenging subjects including Inside Arabia, a behind-the-scenes look at the making of Arabia 3D for IMAX, and Rehab for Terrorists, the surprising success story of Saudi Arabia’s approach in dealing with the rehabilitation of violent extremists.
As a boutique independent production company, Fortnight Productions has specialised in the development of organic storylines, compelling narratives and the most dramatic use of cinematic photography.
The company’s documentaries have been broadcast internationally on Bloomberg, Bridges TV, Channel 4, CNN, NOW on PBS, and PBS.
In addition to his documentary film work, Kieran has served as an executive producer and an Emmy Award winning, BAFTA-nominated television journalist specialising in the Middle East.
Rebecca Savard
Co-Executive Producer, Fortnight ProductionsRebecca has lived in Saudi Arabia since 2004, and has developed a deep appreciation of the people and their culture.
As the owner of Savvy Executive Solutions, an online administrative support provider, she has had the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects both within
the Kingdom and in the Gulf region.Rebecca is also a freelance writer, and has been published as both an online columnist, and as an essayist in The Globe & Mail, Canada’s national newspaper.
Cynthia Culbertson
Co-Executive ProducerCynthia is a historian and breeder of Arabian horses and has produced an
extensive body of work relating to the Arabian horse, including four books and countless magazine articles on the subject.
In 2010, she was the co-curator of the first international museum exhibition on the Arabian breed, A Gift from the Desert: the Art, History and Culture of the Arabian Horse, which featured over 400 objects from 28 prestigious museums around the world.
Since childhood she has a passionate interest in the life and travels of Lady Anne Blunt, and during the decade she spent in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia was able to conduct extensive planning and research into the topic, with the dream of one day being able to recreate Lady Anne Blunt’s journey in 1879 by horseback and camel.
Cynthia regularly lectures around the world on the history of the Arabian breed, and has scripted award-winning educational videos on the subject.
Christine Fitzpatrick
ProducerChristine began her Production career whilst still a student at university, where she directed marketing strategies and produced festival screenings along the East Coast of the United States for Campus MovieFest, the world's largest student film festival.
At National Geographic Television, she undertook a variety of production roles for the Explorer Television series, ranging from researcher to field-work
coordinator for such shows as Inside LSD and Narco State.During one of the deadliest periods of the war in Afghanistan, Christine was
involved in coordinating the production of Talibanistan, a documentary that took an in-depth look at the Taliban's resurgence in 2009 from their stronghold of the North-West Frontier Province in Pakistan.
She managed all aspects of the feature; from pre-production research and script-editing to the coordination of the production team who were based in a volatile war zone.
She enjoys the challenge of balancing logistics with creative development and
is relishing the role of Producer, overseeing the entire team involved in the
development and filming of the Lady Anne Blunt documentary feature.
Jane Walsh
Marketing and Client Films Relations ManagerJane is a journalist and PR consultant with over 20 years’ experience, specialising in writing, editing, research and client relations. She started her career on women’s magazines and then diversified into other areas, including fashion styling, freelance writing and music PR. She describes herself as a ‘wordsmith with a love of people as well as words’ – a bonus in the film industry!
